- Items purchased online are delivered in Canada and the USA (excluding: Hawaii, Porto Rico, Alaska, Samoa, Guam et APO’s) :
- In Canada
- Delivery time: 3 to 6 business days
- Delivery charges: 9.99 $ CAD
- In the USA
- Delivery time: 10 business days
- Delivery charges: 19.99 $ CAD

- Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase order number. This number, as well as your postal code or email address, can be used to track your order on our website.
- Shipping and billing addresses must be valid and deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box. When placing your order online, you must provide your phone number and email address so that our Customer Service department can contact you regarding your order if necessary.

- Select your preferred store from the “My Store” menu or the product’s detailed fact sheet.
- At the shipping method step, select Ship to Store
- A staff member will call you as soon as your order arrives at the store. The delivery time is from 2 to 7 business days.
- When you come to pick up your order in store, you must present a valid photo ID indicating your billing address, as well as the credit card used to make the purchase.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that if you choose the Ship to Store option, your merchandise will be shipped from our Distribution Centre to the store and not picked from the selected store’s inventory. It is therefore important to wait for one of our staff members to call you before coming to the store, even if our website indicates that the product is in stock at the selected store.
