Men’s and women’s electric shaving appliances*
Shaving appliances purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2019 can be refunded or exchanged** until January 31, 2020 at all Centre du Rasoir stores.
All other items
Items besides electric shaving appliances purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2019 can be refunded or exchanged** until January 15, 2020 at all Centre du Rasoir stores.
On November 25 and December 26
Please note that no return, exchange or search for replacement parts will be processed on November 29 and December 26.
*Electric shaving appliances include shavers; hair, beard, body and hygienic trimmers; and standard and pulsed-light epilators.

Electric shavers and epilators
30-day free trial! When you purchase an electric shaver or epilator at Centre du Rasoir, we offer you a 30-day risk-free trial. There’s no better way to truly appreciate such a personal purchase!
All other new or refurbished items (except those mentioned below)
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
Automatic and manual espresso machines, DANNYCO, AVANTI, BABYLISS, STADLER FORM, SODASTREAM, ZAZEN and BONECO products
Automatic and manual espresso machines purchased online can only be returned if they are defective. Our Technical Department may have to confirm that the machine is defective before authorizing a return. If you wish to return such an item, please bring the product back to the store or call us at 514-636-4512 between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Our advisors will help you with the procedure. The criteria stated in the “Returns in store or by mail” section must be met.
Purchases of DANNYCO, AVANTI, BABYLISS, STADLER FORM, SODASTREAM, ZAZEN and BONECO branded products are final sales at all times, as the return policies of these suppliers prevent us from obtaining a refund.
Clearance items are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns in store or by mail
Items purchased at centredurasoir.com or personaledge.com can be returned to Centre du Rasoir or Personal Edge stores or by mail. The following criteria must be met:
- The returned product must be in its original packaging (except items sold in a blister pack) along with all its accessories, manuals, blank warranty cards and bonus gift, if applicable. The item must be in perfect condition for resale. Please inspect the product when you receive it. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for electric shavers and epilators or 14 days for all other products (except those previously mentioned).
- The product must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns in store
Bring the product to any Centre du Rasoir or Personal Edge store, making sure you meet the stated criteria.
Returns by mail
- Send an email to [email protected] with RETURN in the subject field. The message must contain the product code(s) for the item(s) that will be returned and the reason for returning each item.
- We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please allow 2 days to receive your number.
- Carefully pack the product(s) you are returning and mail it to us along with the RMA number you received, making sure to meet the stated criteria, to the following address:

- Shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, except if the return is associated with a shipping error on our part.
All returns will be refunded using the same payment method used in the purchase transaction. Taxes paid will be refunded. Taxes paid for shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except if the return is associated with a shipping error on our part.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive at our distribution centre, and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If the purchase transaction was made by PayPal, the refund will appear as soon as we have processed the return.
Once your order has been processed, the transaction cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to purchase the ordered product(s), please follow the procedures for returns to a store or by mail (except for the previously mentioned items).
