Making purchases at Centre du Rasoir

In-store: When you make a purchase using a credit or debit card, we collect the information related to this card in order to process the transaction. We may ask for your name, address, email address and phone number so as to register your purchase in our system and facilitate the retrieval of information that is needed to apply the warranty on the purchased product.

Online: We will collect your billing and shipping address, phone number and email address for the purposes of shipping your order.

If you return or exchange a product, we will ask you for your name, address and phone number to manage our loss prevention program and to help us prevent fraud. If the return or exchange leads to a refund on your debit or credit card, the information on the card will be needed to process the refund.

Commercial communications: If you subscribe to receive our newsletter or any other commercial communication by regular mail or email, we may request your first name, last name, email and/or address and details on your interests in order to provide the service. We may also ask for optional information such as your date of birth, to send you a birthday card.

You can unsubscribe from our commercial communications at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.

Creating an online account: Some features on our website, such as the wish list or address book, can only be accessed by creating an account. Your first name, last name, email address and phone number may be requested to provide you with the service. We may also ask for optional information such as your date of birth, to send you a birthday card. When creating your account, we will ask your consent to receive commercial communications from us.

To deactivate your account or withdraw your consent to receive commercial communications, you can fill out the contact form by clicking on the Contact us link on our website. Please allow 7 business days for your request to take effect.

Participating in contests, promotions and surveys: When entering a contest, participating in a promotion or answering a survey, you will be asked for your first name, last name, email address and phone number. This information is used to manage your participation and, in the case of surveys, to better understand our customers’ needs and improve our products and services. At the time of registration/entry, we will ask your consent to receive commercial communications from us.
