COVID-19: Preventive measures applied in our stores
PREVENTIVE MEASURES APPLIED IN OUR STORES
Business hours can be limited, and some services may be temporarily on hold. Please contact your store to find out if the service you need is available.
All necessary sanitary measures have been enacted to provide you with a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
Please observe these few safety rules the next time you visit the store:
- If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who’s infected, please do not come to the store.
- Prepare for your visit by browsing our website to guide your purchases. You can also contact your local store to have your order prepared and pick it up in person.
- Shop by yourself.
- Limit your handling of items in store.
- Opt for payment by card. The limit for contactless payment is $250.
- Maintain a distance of two metres between yourself, other customers and staff members.

Shop online and select STORE PICKUP. It’s simple, safe and free!
You can expect to hear from us as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.
TO TRACK YOUR ONLINE ORDER
Due to the spread of COVID-19, we’ve decided to temporarily suspend the in-store pickup option. You can still order items online, and we will endeavour to deliver them to you as quickly as possible. Order before December 15, 2020, to make sure your gifts arrive in time to put under the tree.
You can track your order ONLY once you've received the email titled “Centre du Rasoir : Delivery n°xxxxxxxxx for order n° xxxxxxxxx”which confirms that the order has been shipped.
To track your order, copy the tracking number and go to « TRACK MY ORDER » page and paste it in the field corresponding to the shipping service according to the instructions stated on the page.
MODIFICATIONS: ORDERS AND RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES
The items bought in store or online after December 24 can be exchanged or returned up to 15 days after the reopening date of our stores. But remember, the usual conditions will have to be met. Return policy details.
IN-STORE LOYALTY PROGRAMS
The CARTE CAFÉ and MAISON BERGER loyalty programs were temporarily suspended (from December 25, 2020 to February 7, 2021). Online purchases cannot be retroactively applied to the programs.
