TO TRACK YOUR ONLINE ORDER

You can track your order ONLY once you've received the email titled “Centre du Rasoir : Delivery n°xxxxxxxxx for order n° xxxxxxxxx”which confirms that the order has been shipped.

To track your order, copy the tracking number and go to « TRACK MY ORDER » page and paste it in the field corresponding to the shipping service according to the instructions stated on the page.

PICK UP IN STORE

You can order online and choose the Pick up in store option ONLY for the stores that are actually opened. See list

MODIFICATIONS: ORDERS AND RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES

The items bought in store or online after February 19 can be exchanged or returned up to 15 days after the reopening date of our stores. But remember, the usual conditions will have to be met. Return policy details.

IN-STORE LOYALTY PROGRAMS

The CARTE CAFÉ and MAISON BERGER loyalty programs are available in-store only and reactivated in the stores that are open. Online purchases cannot be retroactively applied to the programs.

The PLEIN DE CAFÉ TOUTE L'ANNÉE promotion: The free coffee bags that couldn’t be handed out between March 18, 2020 and the day the stores reopen can be picked up without penalty. These free items cannot be added to an online order.
