GENERAL

  • Are all the products available in store also available on centredurasoir.com?

    Most of the products are the same; however, some products can only be purchased online, while others can only be purchased in store. When such is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the product details page.

  • Are the prices the same online and in store

    Yes. Our prices are always the same, whether you’re shopping in store or at centredurasoir.com.

  • An item I saw online is no longer there. What happened to it?

    It’s possible that an item was removed from the website because it is no longer in stock or the supplier changed the model.

  • Can I purchase an item that is not, or is no longer, on the website?

    No. However, if you have any special requests or specific questions on our products, please contact our customer service department.

  • Can I purchase a Centre du Rasoir gift card on the website?

    No. Centre du Rasoir gift cards can only be purchased in store.

  • Can I use a Centre du Rasoir gift card to pay for an online purchase?

    No. The only payment methods accepted online are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT

  • Do I have to create an account to make a purchase online?

    No. You don’t need to create an account to make online purchases. You can use the «Checkout as a guest » option.

  • What is the advantage of making a purchase with an account versus as a guest?

    Creating an account on our website speeds up the transaction process and gives you access to some very handy features. Once entered, your contact information is securely saved in your profile. Future transactions will then be faster since you won’t need to re-do the registration process. Your preferences, address book, wish list, purchase history and order status are also saved in the « My account » section.

    You can edit or delete your account at any time. To do so, simply click on the « Contact us »link on our website and fill in the contact form, or call our customer service department toll free at 1 888-676-5880.

    With the «Checkout as a guest » option, you will need to fill in the order form and re-enter all your preferences with every transaction.

  • When I add items to my cart, am I obligated to buy them?

    No. You’re in no way obligated to purchase the items in your cart when visiting centredurasoir.com.

  • How can I remove items from my cart?

    To remove an item from your cart, simply click on the "My cartr" tab at the top of the page, then click on the “Remove” option corresponding to the product you want to remove. Your cart will be automatically updated.

  • Can I leave centredurasoir.com without making a purchase, even if I’ve added items to my cart?

    You can leave the Centre du Rasoir website anytime, even after adding items to your cart and without having placed your order.

PAYMENT

  • What methods of payment are accepted on the Centre du Rasoir website?

    The following payment methods are accepted:

    • Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)
    • Paypal
  • How can I modify or cancel an order that’s already been placed?

    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you no longer want to purchase the product ordered, you will need to follow the process for returns in store or by mail as explained in the « Returns » section.

  • Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?

    Clearance items, some personal care products and manual and automatic espresso machines cannot be returned. When such is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the product details page. For further information on these types of products, consult the « Returns » page on our website.

SHIPPING

  • What are the shipping charges?

    Shipping is free for purchases of $50 or more (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping charges) and when you choose to have your order delivered to the Centre du Rasoir store of your choice. When your order totals under $50, a fixed charge of $9.99 will apply for deliveries within Canada, and $19.99 for deliveries to the United States.

  • What is the delivery time for my order?

    Please allow 3 to 6 business days for delivery to the address or store of your choice within Canada and 10 business days for delivery to the United States.

  • Do you ship outside of Canada?

    Yes. We also ship to the United States (except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Samoa, Guam and APO’s).

  • I need to receive my order more quickly. Can I get expedited delivery?

    No. It’s not currently possible to speed up the delivery process. Please allow 3 to 6 business days to receive your order in Canada and 10 business days for deliveries to the United States.

  • Can I purchase an item that is not, or is no longer, on the website?

    No. However, if you have any special requests or specific questions on our products, please contact our customer service department.

  • Can I have my order delivered to somewhere other than my home?

    Yes. You can have your order shipped to the Canadian or U.S. address of your choice. Simply select “Ship to another address” in the “Payment information” section of the checkout process. However, deliveries cannot be made to a PO box.

  • Can I have items in the same order shipped to different addresses?

    No. Multiple deliveries cannot be made for the same order.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase order number. This number, as well as your postal code or email address, can be used to track your order on our website. To do this, you must have placed your order from your personal account. If you placed your order as a guest, order tracking will not be possible.

  • Can I purchase an item online and pick it up in store?

    Yes. Simply select « Pick up in store » and choose your preferred store in the « Shipping method » section of the checkout process. An item that is only sold online can be picked up in store.

    Merchandise being delivered to the store of your choice is shipped from our Distribution Center and not taken from the selected store’s inventory. It’s therefore important to wait for a staff member to call you before going to the store, even if the website indicates that the item is available in the selected store.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Can I return in store an item I purchased online?

    Yes. Purchases made online can be exchanged or refunded at the store of your choice. However, items only available online can only be returned by mail. Some products purchased online cannot be returned at all, either in store or by mail. When such is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the product details page. For further information on these types of products, consult the « Returns » page on our website.

  • How do I get a refund in store for an item purchased online?

    Bring the product to any store along with all its accessories, manuals, blank warranty cards and gifts with purchase, if applicable. The product must also be accompanied by the original bill.

  • Can I get a refund online for a purchase made in store?

    No. An item purchased in store can only be refunded in store.

  • How do I choose the store where I can return or exchange an item purchased online?

    See the « Find a store » page on our website to find the Centre du Rasoir store nearest you.

  • Are there any shipping charges for returning an item by mail?

    Shipping is at the customer’s expense, except if the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

  • What is the time limit for exchanging or returning an item purchased online?

    Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for razors and electric epilators, or 14 days for all other products. Clearance items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

SECURITY AND SAFETY

  • Are transactions made on centredurasoir.com or personaledge.com secure?

    Yes, absolutely. The Centre du Rasoir website is hosted on a secure SSL server, meaning all the data you provide to us is encrypted and entirely protected. If you pay by credit card, you will have to enter your card number with every order. As an added security measure, no confidential data is stored on our server.
