ASOBU Cold Brew is an innovative brewing method combining coarse coffee grounds, cold water and a long steeping time. The resulting coffee is delicious and versatile and can be enjoyed anywhere, cold or hot. The long brew time emphasizes darker coffee flavours like chocolate and caramel.

Add medium-coarse coffee grounds directly in the stainless steel mesh filter. No paper filter is needed. Add cold filtered water slowly over coffee grounds to fill it completely. Close the lid. Simply steep coffee for 12 to 18 hours, and press button to transfer coffee into carafe. Then unscrew the Tritan brewing carafe, add ice cubes into the copper vacuum insulated carafe to keep cold for 24 hours. Then place the 100% leak proof lid on the carafe and go Anywhere. Serve it to your taste, cold or hot!

- The Brewing carafe is made of clear Tritan – reduces absorbtion of stale flavours.
- The 1 L stainless steel carafe is 100% leak proof thanks to the screw on the lid to keep your coffee cold and fresh. It has a copper plated inner wall – for optimum retention of hot or cold beverages.
