Our Return Policies

IN-STORE OR ON-LINE PURCHASES RETURNED IN-STORE

In keeping with our efforts to provide outstanding customer service, all CDREM stores ill provide a full refund for any product that meets all the following criteria:

1. The product was purchased at a Personal Edge or Centre du Rasoir store or on centredurasoir.com or personaledge.com.

2. The product was not specially-ordered for the customer.

3. The product is returned complete with the original packaging (except blister packaging) and all accompanying accessories.

4. It is returned within 30 days of purchase for shavers and epilators or within 14 days for all other products.

5. The customer must present the original sales receipt.

Products from Saeco, Dannyco, BaByliss, Air-O-Swiss as well as automatic espresso machines cannot be refunded.

30 day no-risk trial on shavers

When you purchase a shaver from Personal Edge or Centre du rasoir, we want to make sure you are satisfied.  We offer a 30-day no-risk trial on all shavers.  So take it home and try it.  If it does not meet your requirements, we will exchange it for a shaver that better suits your needs or give you a complete refund.

Please note that parts and special orders cannot be returned.

ON-LINE PURCHASES RETURNED BY MAIL

Our goal is to completely satisfy any and all customers buying our merchandise on-line.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your on-line purchase, please send an e-mail to info@cdrem.com stating that you wish to return your purchase.  

A Return Merchandise Authorization number will be sent tot you.  Please note that it may take approximately two business days to send you the RMA number.  Simply return the product in the same condition that you received it, namely in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards, packing slip and invoice.

Original shipping charges may not be refunded.  Returns may be made up to 30 days following purchase.  Returns will be credited back to the original method of payment.  Damages on home-delivered items must be reported within 24 hours. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Should the product not be returned in its original condition, the product may be refused and returned to the consumer. Any product bought on-line can be returned to any Personal Edge or Centre du Rasoir store.
