Return of products bought online

Our goal is to completely satisfy any and all customers buying our merchandise on-line. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an-email to info@cdrem.com stating that you wish to return your purchase.

A Return Merchandise Authorisation number will be sent to you. Please note that it will take approximately two business days to send you the RMA number. Simply return the product in the same condition that you received it, namely in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards, packing slip and invoice.

Original shipping charges may not be refunded. Returns may be made up to 30 (thirty) days following purchase. Returns will be credited back to the original method of payment. Damages on home-delivered items must be reported within 24 hours.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Should the product not be returned in its original condition, the product may be refused and returned to the consumer. Any product bought online cannot be returned to any Personal Edge or Centre du Rasoir store.
